FULL SESSIONS

Full sessions are 1-2 hours, either at my studio and surrounding area or entirely at the location of your choice, in the Austin area.  Full sessions result in around 50 images and can include 3-4 clothing/background/location changes.  The session fee of $800 includes the disc of all 50 or so artistically edited images from your session. 

NEW:  JUNIOR SESSIONS

Junior sessions can take place either at my studio or on-location.  They last no more than 30 minutes and can accommodate 2 clothing/background changes.  The session fee of $500 includes the disc of all 20-30 finished images from your session.

NOTE ABOUT SHORTER SESSIONS:

Please be honest with yourself when choosing the type of session you would like to book.  I plan my schedule carefully around each type of session, so it's often not possible to go over the allotted time during your session.  If you do book a mini-session or a junior session and request more changes of clothing or background or more shooting time, you should be prepared to pay for an upgrade.  NEWBORN sessions should be booked as full sessions as soon as possible after the birth of the baby.  Please contact alison during your pregnancy to discuss your due date.  SENIOR sessions should also be booked as full sessions.

BIRTH PHOTOGRAPHY

Birth coverage is $1500 and includes coverage for the entire event and a DVD of all edited images.  Birth clients are eligible for reduced rates on maternity and/or newborn sessions.

WEDDING COVERAGE

Wedding coverage for 2011 starts at $2500.  Please contact me for more information.

LOOSE PRINTS

AS ALL 2011 CLIENTS will have their full-resolution images on disc, it is not usually necessary to go through me for prints, although your friends and family may want to do so.  Your gallery will also be a shopping cart, so that anyone to whom you pass on your password will be able to place their own print orders online, saving you the hassle.  Of course, I'd love to help you with your loose print orders even though you have the digitals, to ensure the highest quality.

ACCORDION MINI-BOOKS

these are wallet-sized, fold-out books containing up to fourteen images.  because of the initial design involved, the first one is $100, and each additional one is $25.  these make fantastic gifts for the grandparents (did someone say she wanted a "brag book?").

BOOKS AND ALBUMS

a custom-designed, hardbound 10x10 coffee-table book with twenty pages, each with one image from your session is $500. a custom-designed 12x12 ALBUM (larger and more substantial than the coffee-table book) with twenty pages, each with one image from your session is $800.  with the order of an ALBUM (not a book), a smaller "companion" book, with the same design as the album, starts at $300.

FLOATWRAPS

similar to gallery-wrapped canvases, but without the thickness. image appears to float off of the wall. floatwraps look incredible with metallic canvas, perfect for bright colors.  More-traditional gallery-wrapped canvases are also available.  They are 3/4" depth, with the image wrapping around to the back of the finished print.

ACRYLIC PRINTS

the most modern way to display your photos; image is printed onto the back of an acrylic plate and offset from the wall; NOT RECOMMENDED FOR BLACK-AND-WHITE IMAGES; no framing required.

MURALS

fresh and funky; image is hung by assembling six metal squares with metal brackets; not recommended for all images, depending on where the cuts fall.

BEVEL WRAPS

gorgeous canvas print with a beveled frame that angles toward the wall on all sides.  available in a few different sizes.

CARDS AND ANNOUNCEMENTS

alison has two preferred vendors for cards and announcements, if you decide to purchase your digital files and take them to another vendor.  tinyprints has tons of beautiful and stylish TEMPLATES, into which you drop your image(s).  design by nicola is a local stationery design service, and nicola is actually one of alison's clients!  she creates gorgeous cards from scratch, and she'll even address them and mail them out, with custom photo stamps!  she did my family's incredible holiday cards last year.  tell her what your budget is at the beginning of the process, and she can accommodate you.  if you're still determined to get custom-designed holiday cards, birth announcements, and birthday invitations from alison eden, they are available.  design fee is $200 and includes three initial choices and three edits; each additional edit is $25.   flat cards are $100 for the first 25, and $50 for each set of 25 after that.  folded cards are $200 for the first 25, and $75 for each set of 25 after that.  orders for cards cannot be placed using the online shopping cart.

MATERNITY AND NEWBORN:

Clients who book a newborn session are entitled to EITHER a half-price maternity session (mini, junior, or full), OR a complimentary 10x10 hardbound coffee-table book ($500 value) containing images from both sessions.

BABY’S FIRST YEAR

If you choose FOUR full sessions for this, you will receive a complimentary 12x12 flush-mount album ($800 value) that will blow your friends and family away, containing images from your child's first year of photography.  If you choose four mini-sessions, you will receive a complimentary set of three identical accordion wallet books containing images from your child's first year of photography.
