holy cow, what a gorgeous event this was.  the entire thing was at the lady bird johnson wildflower center, which is of course a dream come true for a photographer.  the incredible flowers were done by david kurio.  catering was by me absolute favorite caterer: word of mouth.  i was SO excited to eat at this wedding!!  :)  this beautiful couple was surrounded by tons of warm and hilarious friends and family on their special night.  we also had TWO baby rattlesnakes come to check things out.  but nobody was hurt, and EVERYONE had a blast.

what a gorgeous day this was!  they happy couple was married at Seaton Brethren church in Temple, and the reception was held at the gorgeous Santa Fe Depot, also in Temple.  so beautiful!  i kinda want to take family pics there sometime!  anyway, it was a lovely and fun night.  if you're wondering why my adorable husband is there, the bride is the sister of his longtime best friend.  thanks to my fabulous second shooter, angela lozano!  curious about the cotton bouquet?  the groom's family owns cotton farms, so they have a lot of it!

i had the pleasure of photographing this adorable couple's wedding this past saturday, so it thought it was about time i posted their engagement photos on my blog!  we started at the broken spoke, then we went over to east austin, and then down to S. 1st!
